Ordering
How do I place an order at lorilli.com? You can easily place an order by adding the desired products to your cart and completing the checkout process. Once your order is completed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
Can I change or cancel my order? Once an order is placed and confirmed, it is not always possible to change or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@lorili.com, so we will investigate what options are available.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and TWINT.
In which currency do I pay? All prices on lorilli.com are displayed and charged in euros (EUR).
Is it safe to pay at lorilli.com? Yes. Our website is protected with SSL encryption and complies with PCI DSS security standards. We do not have access to your full payment information.
Shipping
Which countries do you deliver to? We currently deliver to Denmark and Switzerland.
How long does it take to process my order? Orders are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
What is the expected delivery time? The total delivery time is approximately 6 to 12 business days, including processing and shipping. Delivery times are indicative.
Are there any shipping costs? We offer free shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase, both to Denmark and Switzerland.
Do I have to pay customs or import duties when delivering to Switzerland? Since Switzerland is not a member of the EU, customs, VAT, or import fees may apply upon delivery. Any costs are borne by the customer and charged by the carrier or the Swiss customs authorities.
Returns and Refunds
Can I return my order? Yes. You have 30 days after receipt to request a return, provided the product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
